Stitch along with SASHIKO.LAB
June 2023
After two months absence due to moving and opening the new studio, SASHIKO.LAB's online workshop is coming back!
In June, we will stitch SUGIAYA pattern together. It's a herringbone pattern which looks simple and easy, but it is complicated than it looks! Let's try stitching the pattern along with SASHIKO.LAB.
How about making a Sashiko ribbon?
When I start preparing for the new classes, I make lots of sample stitches. This time, I tried stitching it both on the fabric and several types of ribbon and I really like how it turned out on the cotton ribbon! Stitching it on the bag strap would be a good idea, too.
What would you like to make with this SUGIAYA pattern? You can just bring your favorite material, then I can show you how to prepare, how to stitch step-by-step.
