1. Preparing the fabric

In these videos, I'm demonstrating how to prepare the fabric in two different ways. ( I prefer the second method because it's easier.) In the first session, I'll start with preparing the fabric, so you can prepare it with me in the session, or you can prepare in advance along with the videos below.

2. Drawing the grid

To stitch this coffee fukin, the 5mm grid will be required. The Japanese sashiko cloth with dots or grid are based on 5mm, so using them is the fastest way. Or you can draw the grid by yourself on your favorite fabric.
